Fork Yeah Labs LLC ("Reel Sheet," "we," "us") operates the Reel Sheet web application. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
Information We Collect
- Account data: email address, authentication credentials (via Supabase Auth)
- Content you upload: scripts, pitch documents, treatments, and any project data you submit for analysis
- Usage data: feature usage, analysis counts, and interaction logs for billing and service improvement
- Payment data: billing is handled by Paddle.com as our merchant of record. We do not store your card details — Paddle collects and processes payment information directly. See Paddle's Privacy Policy for details on their handling of payment data.
How We Use Information
- To provide script analysis, budget generation, and related features
- To enforce plan limits and manage your subscription
- To communicate about your account, billing, and product updates
- To improve the service (aggregated/anonymized where possible)
Data Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share data only with:
- Paddle — for payment processing and subscription management
- Our AI processing provider(s) — to analyze uploaded scripts and generate outputs
- Supabase — our database and authentication infrastructure
Script & Content Ownership
Scripts, treatments, and pitch materials you upload remain your property. We do not claim ownership over your creative work and do not use it to train AI models beyond what's needed to generate your requested analysis, unless you opt in separately.
Data Retention
We retain your account and project data as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by contacting Forkyeahbaby@gmail.com.
Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your data. Contact Forkyeahbaby@gmail.com to exercise these rights.
