1. The Service
Reel Sheet analyzes scripts and pitch documents to generate budget top-sheets, timelines, scene breakdowns, location scouting suggestions, and tax-incentive guidance. Outputs are informational aids for production planning and are not professional financial, legal, or tax advice. Always verify budgets and incentive eligibility with qualified professionals before relying on them for financing or production decisions.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
3. Subscriptions & Billing
- Paid plans are billed via Paddle.com, acting as merchant of record.
- Paid tiers include a 7-day free trial; you won't be charged until the trial ends unless you cancel first.
- Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until canceled.
- You can cancel anytime from your Billing page; you retain access through the end of the current paid period.

4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Upload content you don't have rights to submit for analysis
- Use the service for unlawful purposes
- Attempt to circumvent plan limits or reverse-engineer the service
- Resell or redistribute outputs as a competing service without permission
5. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of scripts and materials you upload. We retain ownership of the Reel Sheet platform, software, and generated report templates/formatting.
6. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is." Budget estimates, tax-incentive guidance, and location suggestions are generated by AI and may contain errors. We do not guarantee accuracy and are not liable for financing, production, or legal decisions made based on our outputs.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fork Yeah Labs LLC's liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the service and cancel your subscription at any time.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
