Billing for Reel Sheet is handled by Paddle.com, our merchant of record. Paddle processes all payments, refunds, and billing disputes on our behalf.
Free Trials
All paid plans include a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged if you cancel before the trial ends. Cancel anytime from your Billing page.
Subscription Refunds
- If you're charged in error or experience a technical issue that prevented you from using the service, contact us at Forkyeahbaby@gmail.com within 14 days of the charge and we'll review your request.
- Refunds are issued at our discretion and processed by Paddle back to your original payment method.
- Canceling a subscription stops future charges but does not automatically refund the current billing period — you retain access through the period you've already paid for.
How to Request a Refund
Email Forkyeahbaby@gmail.com with your account email and the reason for your request, or use Paddle's own support channels linked in your purchase receipt/confirmation email.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank — we're able to resolve most billing issues directly and faster than a chargeback process.
